Saddles come with a 7-day trial. This may not apply to custom made saddles, or any special orders, please check with us first.

A full refund will be given, excluding postage and packing on any standard saddle being returned, subject to the saddle being returned in 'as new condition.

You may put the saddle directly on your horse. We encourage you to girth up the saddle and ride in so that you can correctly evaluate fit.

However, the integrity/condition of the flaps must be maintained. You must either attach the leathers under the flap, or wrap them with tube socks) or place smooth dishtowels under the leathers all the way up to the stirrup bars before you ride. If a saddle is returned with signs of abrasion on the flaps, it can no longer be considered in as new condition.

Saddles must not be used in the rain.
Girths must have roller buckles.
Saddles must not be ridden with Wellington boots or rubber riding boots.

DELIVERY
All goods are subject to availability. Providing an item is in stock, it should be delivered with in 2-3 working days. All saddles will need signing for. Saddles which need to be ordered will need 14 to 28 days for delivery.
Allow £25 for delivery charges.


Returns & Exchanges
All goods are subject to approval: unspoiled saddles may be exchanged or refunded if returned at customer's expense within 7 days of receipt. These will incur P&P charges. Proof of purchase may be required. Soiled goods will not be considered for exchange or refund. We are not responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please notify us of any goods damaged in transit within 12 hours or no exchange will be considered, please don't use try your saddle when damaged, as you will be deemed to have accepted the saddle in in its damaged condition. Please note that damaged saddles are subject to inspection before a refund can be given. Saddles can only be exchanged or refunded if they are returned in "as new condition".
